Health and Well being week!

We recently took part in a health and well being week, Diane from Tesco came to talk to us in assembly about healthy foods. We found out about the amount of sugar in some food. Some of us have even downloaded the change 4 life sugar tracker app to help us pick the best food when shopping.

Year 2 were very lucky as Diane came back and made a healthy breakfast with us. We loved trying all the different foods!
